Return, Refunds, and Cancellation

At MYIU Designs, we make sure that the products you get are absolutely up to the mark and that they get delivered to you as per your expectations, without any damage. However, if you still do not wish to accept the parcel or not like the product, in that case, we provide a hassle-free return and refunds policy to all our clients.
There are certain rules and regulations which our customers need to follow to ensure an easy and convenient return or refund of products.

The order is Eligible for return only when:-
1. The original tags are attached with the product.
2. The product is unaltered and unworn.
3. The product is in its original form without any damage.
4. The return request is made within the specified time.
5. The reason for returning the product should be genuine.

Can i cancel the order?
Yes we accept cancellation requests of your orders up to 12 hours after placing the order.

Can i return the order?
Yes the order can be returned only within 2 working days of the shipped date.(for eg.if customer has got the order on 1st of august then returns request can be made till 3rd of august that is within 2 working days from the shipped date.)

What is the procedure to return the order?
1. To return your product customer need to send us a mail of returning the product at support@myiudesigns.com with 2-3 photos of the product with tags attached.
2. After receiving and verifying the mail the product will get picked up from the delivered address within 7 working days from the date we have received and verified the mail.(for eg.if customer has mailed us on 3rd of august regarding the return of the product and we have verified the mail on 4th of august then within 7 working days from 4th of august the product will get picked up by our delivery partner.

How will i get the refund?
1. When we receive the returned product,we will check the returned product thoroughly.In case everything is fine,we will initiate a refund to you within 3 working days in the original form of payment that you had used to make the online purchase.
2. After initiating the refund, if somehow the credit fails to reach your source/bank details, we will re-initiate the refund within the next 4 working days.

The order is Not Eligible for return:-
1. If the product is damaged in any manner.
2. If the original tags are not attached with the product.
3. If the product is altered and worn.
4. If the product is not in its original form.
4. If the return request is made after the specified time.
